When it comes to Christmas, I don't think there is a single person who doesn't deal with Christmas stress unless they just completely ignore Christmas or just don't bother with it at all. With me having kids, I always like to celebrate Christmas and I always do my best to make each Christmas the best I can and to make memories that will last a lifetime. With all this comes stress and it can sometimes lead to stress for a long period of time in the run-up to Christmas.

When it comes to Christmas, how do you deal with the Christmas stress? Do you have a specific way you deal with it or have you found a method that works well for you to avoid stress burnout?

I don’t celebrate Christmas, but I do celebrate other holidays, and the stress can be just as intense. I handle it by planning ahead, keeping expectations realistic, and taking breaks to recharge. Walking or gardening helps me unwind, and I remind myself that holidays should be enjoyable, not overwhelming.

To deal with Christmas stress, I create a balanced holiday schedule, prioritize self-care, manage expectations, and plan ahead. I also focus on the positive aspects of the season.

Christmas stress is real. I try to establish limits to prioritize what is essential. I restrict my obligations to concentrate on activities that are really necessary..

I don't have to go through much stress during Christmas. I celebrate it in the little way that I can. I have not slaughtered a goat like is the norm here in my country and I don't allow that to bother me. I just do a kilo of chicken for my Christmas celebration. I am still single and don't bother to stress my head with Christmas celebrations.

I don't have any form of stress during Christmas. All I do is to cook and eat. Probably host a few friends. I think Christmas stress is really for parents and people that have a big social circle that they would need to be receiving many visitors.

Holidays and festivals are certainly stressful as you have to do a lot of chores, spend a lot of money. However, I try to keep stress under control by taking it easy.
