In many cultures, men are taught to hide pain. How much of today’s male anxiety, aggression, and loneliness stems from emotional repression passed through generations?

There is a problem where men seem to feel shame for sharing their feelings. But there should never be any judgment towards men who have emotions. We all have emotions. Men, women, we all have emotions. Men should feel free to share their problems without judgements the same women should be able to.

Sadly there's a stigma surrounding it and men are scared to show any weakness. It's not weak to tell people how you feel. I think these days though, men are becoming more open to showing their feelings.

Male emotional suppression is a cultural issue in many societies. Boys are often taught to hide feelings, which can lead to anxiety, depression, and difficulty in relationships. Encouraging emotional literacy, safe spaces for expression, and challenging harmful norms can help address this crisis and promote healthier mental well-being.
