When people have a mood swing they can do variety of different things and some of them can have a huge impact on their or someone's else life. It is not a mystery that people lose girlfriends/ boyfriends or friends because of poor choice of words they had in a single moment of anger. Did you lose someone close to you because you had a mood swing?

I don't have random mood swings but I have periods where situations have made me to really feel bad. And in one of such situations, I shouted on my boyfriend and chased him out of my house. I loved the guy deeply but I had lost my head. And the guy called off the relationship. And I still live to regret that act.

I was sad because I didn't have money to meet a pressing need. It was so painful but at that point, one of my clients called me and was negotiating price for my services that was not favourable with me. I lost it and told him to go to hell. That's was how I lost a client of five years for life. I apologized later but it didn't work.

For me it was how i handled my past relationship, i feel there where better ways i would have handled the situation.

Yes, there are many things I regret, missed chances, wrong decisions, words unsaid. But I don’t turn back. I’ve learned to accept them as part of my journey. Regret teaches me, but I choose to move forward, not stay stuck in it.
